JL recently acquired a 66-acre parcel of vacant land in Layton, Utah. The property runs immediately adjacent to the East Gate of Hill AFB and will be the cornerstone of the East Gate Business Park putting into motion the city’s vision of attracting aerospace, advanced composites, and defense industries. JL has ended initial site planning and completed the first 100,000 square foot building in February 2011.
