JL recently completed a 300,000 sq. ft., 14-story Class A office tower in midtown Anchorage. Construction began in 2006. This building is now the premier office address in Anchorage. Among many other design amenities, the building is noteworthy as the first private office development in Alaska built to “LEED” (aka “Green”) standards and includes a gym and office conference center.
