John Rubini is the Chairman & CEO of JL Properties. He is responsible for the company's strategic direction and focuses on transaction finance and structuring. Mr. Rubini received his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his law degree from the U.C. Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law. Prior to founding JL Properties, Mr. Rubini was a lawyer in Anchorage and the founder of the firm Rubini & Reeves. Mr. Rubini is active in a number of philanthropic endeavors and currently serves on the board of directors of the Alaska Community Foundation.
Leonard Hyde is the President of JL Properties. His primary duties include sourcing and financing new acquisitions. He, along with Mr. Rubini, manages the development process. He also leads the company's operating and leasing activities and oversees its staff. Mr. Hyde received his engineering degree from Vanderbilt University. Prior to founding JL Properties, Mr. Hyde was an oil and gas engineer with ARCO and a commercial real estate broker. Mr. Hyde is active in a number of philanthropic endeavors and currently serves on the board of directors of the Alaska Museum of History & Art.
