Courthouse Square

Courthouse Square

Location: Fairbanks, Alaska
Owner: JL Affiliate

Arguably the most attractive building in the Fairbanks downtown, Courthouse Square is also one of the most unique structures in the community.  JL Properties, Inc. currently manages and holds the majority of ownership in the building.  Completed in 1934, the building has served as the post office, jail, and court of law.  Now, Courthouse Square is utilized as Class A office space for attorneys, psychiatrists, and other professionals.  The marble floors, custom molding, and brass accents throughout the over 45,000 square foot, five-story building are still a popular Fairbanks attraction as well as a premier business office locale.
