This fourteen-story, 300,000 square foot office tower is architecturally unique, with a spacious lobby, signature two-story lightscape topping the building, modern amenities including conference, exercise facilities, and coffee shop. Tenants include leading Alaska Native corporations, oil companies, and oilfield service providers. The JL Tower was the first privately owned office building in Alaska to receive LEED certification (silver).
